Due to this and similar reasons, Career Strategist can not accept individual and legal responsibility for final realization of your goal(s).
Mutual respect and not sharing of exchanged information during the cooperation process is assumed, based on both professional and moral grounds. As Career Strategist uses client’s personal information, each client will be asked during initial meeting to give written GDPR consent to use his/her personal details during the mutually beneficial collaboration. Game of Jobs and all its representatives are obliged to use gathered personal information professionally and fully in accordance with GDPR regulation. Personal information that is commonly collected includes: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number(s), address, date, month and year of birth and Personal Identification Number (OIB in Croatian) in case of banking transactions.
After signing “Client’s consent form – GDPR consent“, you gave Game of Jobs approval for using your personal data for collaboration purposes, distributing promotional materials related to our services, birthday wishes, special deals, educations, promotions associated with Game of Jobs, as well as for additional marketing promotion based on mutual agreement. Duration of keeping those records is maximum 2 years after last official interaction between client and Game of Jobs representative, or until consent is being withdrawn. Clients are delivering personal details needed for bank payments and those are stored on the computer or mobile phone which is password protected. Duration of keeping such records is in accordance with current accounting and general legislation rules in Croatia. Official Game of Jobs representative can share received clients ‘personal details with external accounting firm or other trusted cooperation partner. Agreed cooperation partners are obliged to use your personal information strictly based on current legislation in Croatia, for a specific business purpose and based on agreement with Game of Jobs. Using your information for any other purpose is excluded.
Based on scope, nature and use of gathered personal information, as well as the fact that no special category of personal data is being collected, Game of Jobs doesn’t have legal obligation to appoint Data Protection Officer (DPO).
At any time client can withdraw his or her GDPR consent by sending written request to vedran@gameofjobs.hr or by sending a letter to official address: Game of Jobs, Plješivička 20, 10430 Kladje, Samobor. This act prevents Game of Jobs or its trusted partners to further use your personal information. Anytime client can strop further receiving of Game of Jobs initiated messages via email by activating “unsubscribe” functionality.
